It starts with an intuitive dashboard that provides visibility and inventory for Opengear appliances and serial connected resources, as well as interconnectivity details. Users can authenticate, based on RBAC permissions, and gain real-time access to manage, configure, troubleshoot, or monitor serial-connected network infrastructure. This eliminates the need for manual, repetitive, and error-prone methods– spreadsheets, individual logging, password management, etc.
