This Proxtend PX-SR-10256 PCIe ASM1061 mSATA & Serial ATA 6Gbps Expansion card is a high speed I/O solution which utilises ASMEDIA’s new generation chip ASM1061. The ASM1061 is a PCI Express Gen2, two-ports Serial ATA controller, which enables Serial ATA PHY up to 6Gbps high speed interface, following Serial ATA Revision 3.0 Specification. it is backwards compatible with SATA2.0/SATA1.0, including mSATA and SATA interface, which can connect HDD, SSD, and other types of extended storage.
